I built a CLI tool to make it easier to start workflows

I thought creating new workflows was too manual so i built a small wrapper around Symphony

What it does:

• keeps a local project registry
• copies a base WORKFLOW.md from an existing Symphony install
• patches in the Linear project slug, repo URL, and workspace path
• starts Symphony with the generated workflow
