How should non-collaborators contribute patches to openai/symphony?

I prepared a small patch on my fork for Symphony, but GitHub shows that opening a pull request to openai/symphony is restricted to collaborators only.

Could you tell me the preferred contribution path for non-collaborators?

Patch summary:

• add focus-visible styles
• reduce motion preferences
