Add import argument instead manually defining repos to install

You can export host configuration [1], but as far as I know you can't use/import yaml.
Why manually define repos for refghost when we have yaml with that info ?
Not sure what is the purpose of `-c` argument, but I was not able to use it with install.

[1] `repose list-products --yaml -t reference.host > reference.yml`
