Google is being evil again with Chrome

As we know, openSUSE comes with Firefox and it is pinned on task bar and app menu favorites.

However, if you run opi chrome to install Google Chrome, it will quietly remove Firefox icon from task bar and app menu favorites.

This is too much. (Is this even legal in EU regulation?)

This isn't part of the rpm install, is it?
At least when having a look at the install scripts of the -stable version, I don't find something like that.
Could it be part of the package itself?
Or could it be a side effect? Because what chrome rpm install script does is to change the default browser.
