Warn about other packages using the same repository before repository deletion

I am trying to remember how exactly it happened but, well...

I tried to install an application from same OBS repository as another but, at last moment, I decided not to. Opi asked me if I wanted to keep the repository and I said no.

The issue was that I had another application that needed that repository.
