Suggestion: Add OpticalImplementionDeviceUsage and OpticalImplementionDevice schema

The name "Optical Implementation Device" doesn't seem appropriate. If it extends "DevicePlacement" it should be called something like "OpticalDevicePlacement" or "OpticalDeviceImplantation".

@Alixbonard, I think there might be a misunderstanding here.

Why are we introducing OpticalImplementationDeviceUsage?
Do you intend to merge both the action of placing the device and the device itself?

devicePlacement is an experimental activity, so it should not include any device usage.
The device has a usage, not the activity.

Could you clarify the intent behind this modeling choice?

Regarding the naming, I agree with Andrew, though I would prefer OpticalDevicePlacement, as its counterpart in ephys is named electrodePlacement.
On the same note, if you decide to include the placement activity here, then electrodePlacement should probably also be moved into this package for consistency.
