Inconsistent Naming Conventions for DeviceTypes

There are inconsistencies in how @id / file names are assigned to device types.

MRIscanner and CTscanner use a lowercase s in "scanner."

In contrast, the following devices: closedBoreMRIScanner, standardBoreMRIScanner, openBoreMRIScanner, and wideBoreMRIScanner use an uppercase S in "Scanner."

This will require a cleanup in the KG.

Action point: Creating a script to generate these file names automatically to test instances (we can create an issue for that).
