I have tried my best at creating an example of a (what I imagine) to be a transformation from one space to another using protocol execution as a basis

@xgui3783 thank you. This will help a lot setting up an extension for SANDS for the next openMINDS version (v4).
I think your example needs minor changes but all in all it fits the model. We should follow up on this in a meeting I think.
