openETCS API requirements document: Review #65
Description
These remarks refer to #64.
- The structure of the API requirement documents is unclear, especially the relation between this document and the D2_6-9 document. The document structure, the relationship between the enclosed requirements and their role has to be clarified.
- Superior goals should be differentiated from concrete requirements.
- The requirements have to made explicitly identifiable.
- Where applicable, requirements in other documents have to be referenced.
- Motivations and justifications for the requirements shall be given.
