Description
The API actually does not provide diagnosis functions. Therefore it must be extended by diagnosis functions like
- logging functions enabling the application software to write diagnosis information into a log file
- functions to observe the application software status (read status information provided for diagnosis purposes)
- read and write application sw data (write enabled only while in test mode)
- halt and resume functions for the application sw (enabled only while in test mode)
