Request to change the owner of the OpAMP SIG Zoom meeting

When trying to join today's OpAMP SIG Zoom call, nobody could join, and we all got a message stating "The host has another meeting in progress".

Looking at the Google Calendar entry for the meeting, the owner appears to be OpenTelemetry Zoom Account #0, which is the same account for the Communications SIG. It looks like the # 2 account isn't used during this slot, would it be possible to use that instead?

Alternatively, if someone knows another way to solve this, that would be fine as well; happy for any working solution.

@open-telemetry/admins can you please update the zoom account for OpAMP? We changed the day and it now conflicts with another meeting that is at the same time.
