[Org-wide] Add official logo and improve presentation

Currently the website works as a link tree and it does not provide any meaningful image of the organization.

The above is the original logo (which is hand-drawn). As a reference, it could follow the OSUC's GItHub's README.

This way the central image of the page could be the organization's logo.

I created a README.md file for the organization's GitHub repository, and I also added the logo to the footer website. The only thing left is to add it to the website's navigation bar.

For the README and the website, a LinkedIn link could be added, as well as a Discord link.

@patricioespinozaa, I changed to title, since this issue became more meta than it was originally intended (which is a good thing!).

We've got a few things done here:

• Creare .github repository for the org's main GitHub page.
• Implement Add footer with relevant information #6 (closed with FEAT: Footer #15).

The following are pending.

• Move card's content somewhere else #8
• Add Linkedin link #21
• Add Discord link #22
