Upgrade "/eventos" placeholder with React components #3
Description
Currently /eventos leads to a website that only lists the names of the events in raw HTML.
To solve this issue the page has to be upgraded to use React components so they can display the pictures taken on the events as retractable cards (to not over saturate the interface on the first load and only request the pictures when opened).
We are yet to decide where to store the pictures, so as of now just repeat a placeholder image several times.
