Add a Code of Conduct

Since many folks might take this repository to teach about open source, it would be great to add a template code of conduct that they can use at their event/communities. There's a guide we can use to add a Code of Conduct.

Additionally, folks will have to add their contact information to the Code of Conduct so people can report any incidents.

I've added a code of conduct for contributing to this repo using a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file.

We also mention the code of conduct in the details of the flow of the day, with links to a range of code of conducts including the Microsoft event one, and the GitHub event one. Any ways we can improve this?

Most students will not go deep into the Code of Conduct selection. What we could do is create a pre-workshop section so they know what they need to prepare before the event and add a note for the students that they need to add their contact details on the CoC and then add a note that they can review other code of conducts if they feel the current one doesn't meet their needs.
