Create MultiSig Wallet

To facilitate OSO expenditures and transparency we need to create a MultiSig wallet, most likely on Ethereum, so that we fall in line with other best practices.

We also should put together some loose guidelines on how it should be used/utilized and the process of transferring out of it.

Wholeheartedly agree! I feel that people should not believe in any third party apps to store large amounts
