Output at runtime

At the moment the output to stdout is not printed out to the screen while the program is running. Is there any possibility to change this in order to be able to use progressbars to monitor the progress of long running programs

That is a bug; the output is supposed to be both printed to the console and written to a log. I will look into this as soon as I have time.

OK at least it is not written to the console in real time but only after everything is finished, Thanks a lot
