I am wondering whether I overlooked this, but I only find information related to which architecture has been used for benchmarking. But is there any more concrete information available on the specifications of the hardware that has been used (or created as a "virtual machine") for all benchmarking runs?

Not really for the arm64 and x64 tests: Those are run on an AWS VM. We do log some stats in the logs, e.g. check out the "cpuinfo" field in https://openquantumsafe.org/benchmarking/visualization/2024-04-02/speed_kem.json.

As the M1 tests run on a dedicated laptop there's more detail:
