Add ValueSets for various DICOM tags #4
Description
Just like it is broken down in the dicom4ortho codes.csv to build dent-oip, also here there should be ValueSets that include codes from any system necessary to populate the correct tags in DICOM for the photographs.
This could allow developers to build the DICOM also from drop downs, by querying this resource, or importing it into their software.
