Refactor to import codes from official sources #42
Description
Dicom snomed and ada1100 codes currently come from a deprecated csv file. They should actually come from URLs as FHIR CodeSystems. DICOM publishes all CID tables in FHIR JSON in an ftp:// URL, open-ortho terminology publishes the ADA1100 ones also as CodeSystems.
Is it OK to download them and add to repository as i am doing now? Possibly. Advantage would be to ensure build works even if public URLs have changed or are offline.
