How to use the library on the mega2560?
In particular the txaddressing example?

I don't know what exactly you mean. Unfortunately I never used mega2560 but I think that nothing changes. Arduino library are able to use SPI interface on this different hardware. So what is the problem?

An error occurs during the loading of the program on the card, with blocking of the usb port.
I have to close the ide and disconnect the cable from the pc, of course the card in this way does not work.
Can it be that some part of the program, like the aes, uses bootloader memory locations or others causing the error?

Pay attention on different serial port management on Arduino Mega2560. My library uses standard Serial port of Arduino Uno.
What type of LoRa shield are you using? The old one or the new one? I think that the problem should be on the signal as CS or LoRa reset etc. The old shield is more configurable than the newer. Try to understand this links. In any case I don't know if you are using other shield that can interact with LoRa shield.

The problem is that, while the only compilation is not error, when I go to program the mega, the process is not successful blocking the ide that must be closed and the usb, even without the part of the circuit inserted.
Is not the program that does not run, but is that you can not download it on the mega, as if something were blocking the processor or USB interface.

The first explanation I should think is : low power. Try to power Mega2560 not by USB but with a power supply. If LoRa power transmission occurs with high level, the LoRa shield can get a lot of current. If this explanation is not applicable, try to analize the difference from Arduino uno and Mega2560. Unfortunatelly I don't have Mega2560 for testing, so I can't help you. But please if you can solve the problem, please post a comment here to help other users .

The problem, it's three !!! on the same line that blocks the bootloader.In lora.cpp, this part should be modified:

Sorry, but I can't understand. I can't imagine this kind of problem without any axplanation. May be is a your memory problem. In other words, if it is not a power fault, can be a memory problem. So, probably your program uses a lot of ram. When memory (ram) is saturated it is overlapped and operation becomes umpredictable.

Three characters "!!!" on a line of a program or library, put in a comment, a string or a print, with the mega2560 they block the process of loading the program, so they must be removed or limited to one or two.
