Accuracy tests failing after opencv upgrade

Describe the bug

Rotated rectangles in Accuracy Tests are described in a different way then expected, which causes tests to fail.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install opencv-python-headless==4.13.0.90
2. Run accuracy tests
