Mapping: Validate field paths

To avoid errors like the typo in #501, we could validate that field paths and definitions in sustainability.yaml exist in the OC4IDS schema.

I'm pretty sure that the lint command in https://github.com/open-contracting/european-union-support/blob/main/manage.py does something similar.
