User uploaded images for blogs and other dynamic content disappears with each deployment

Currently the images for blogs are being uploaded into the media folder on the server, and is overwritten with each new deployment causing the images to disappear.

User would expect the images would persist.  We should have a way to store images on the server or another media server that does not get overwritten with each deployment.
