You grant the Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:
- Use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your contribution
- Sublicense your contribution under any license, including proprietary licenses
- Use your contribution in commercial products and services (including hosted/SaaS offerings)
You retain full copyright ownership of your contribution. This CLA does not transfer ownership — it grants a license.
You represent that:
- You are the original author of the contribution, or have the right to submit it
- Your contribution does not violate any third-party rights
- Your contribution does not contain real client data, personally identifiable information, or protected health information
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
The Maintainer is not obligated to accept, merge, or use your contribution.
Given the clinical nature of this project, you additionally confirm that:
- All example data in your contribution is entirely fictional
- No real client names, diagnoses, or institutional affiliations are included
- You have reviewed your contribution for inadvertent disclosure of protected information
This CLA is signed electronically. By submitting a pull request to this repository, you indicate your agreement to these terms. First-time contributors will be asked to confirm via the CLA Assistant bot.
This CLA is based on common open-source contributor license agreements and adapted for the ABA Clinical Agent project.
