Add peer review information

Some entries have a peer-reviewed attribute in their frontmatter, but we don't actually use this for anything. It would be good to and, extending that though, we could include additional information on the type of peer review (conventional, open, PCI-friendly, etc.)

I think this is a good idea! We should probably have a defined vocab for the types of review, since even within open peer review there are variations (open but anonymous, open and non-anonymous, etc.)

I completely agree and it would be nice to use an existing vocab. Perhaps we can slightly expand our existing paragraph on open peer review, with a link to that and/or other resources for additional info.
