Abnormal jailbroken iCloud synchronization behaviors, iOS 16

Strange issue... For reminders, when I add a new reminder from my phone, it syncs to my iCloud, and when I add a new reminder from my iCloud, it syncs partially to my phone(missing notes, broken titles, etc); deleting reminders sometimes work, but very finicky.
I've tried disabling tweak injections from choicy which doesn't help, yet stock mode works just fine, leading me to believe it's a Dopamine issue.
Similarly weird behaviors with iCloud backup/Photo sync(no longer executed automatically but manual ones work), Screen time synchronization, etc

What happens if you disable tweak injection in the Dopamine app?

So I disabled the tweak injection, all iCloud features started sync'ing but just momentarily, then it just stops working again after a few mins. I reboot it, without running Dopamine JB, and it all works just fine. As soon as I re-run the JB with and without the tweak injection, it stops working again.

I feel this it an issue with the latest version of Dopamine as opposed to a tweak or anything else...

Edit: I just tried the "Hide Jailbreak" option - And it all started sync'ing again momentarily, then it stopped again.
