Description
After looking into the official doc and the python implementation, I think we have all the necessary components in the Julia world (proto, http, snappy).
I personally do not have such a requirement right now. So I'll tag this issue as an enhancement. For people who need this feature, please leave a comment and I'll assistant implementing it.
