Clarify test flow for DEVICE-4-1-4-v20.12

Hello Onvif developer,

We plan to test the security item "DEVICE-4-1-4-v20.12 SECURITY COMMAND DELETEUSERS".
While using onvif device test tool 24.12, the test stops after completing step 1.

As our understatnding, the test flow should be as follow.
Step1(Create users) -> Step2(Get users) -> Step3(Delete users) -> Step4(Get users) -> Step5(Delete users) -> Step6(Get users)

Do you know the possible reasons why Onvif stops testing after completing step 1?

For the test steps you can always check the "specification" tab, where corresponding test spec is presented.

Did you execute 4-1-1 and 4-1-3 tests? what was the result there?

@Lindsey118 could you please provide either response on the Create command or xml log of this test case?
In case a device sends maximum users fault on create request the DTT stops test because it can't create user to have possibility to delete it.
