Unable to redeem ONT and cancel my stake

Hi guys,
It's been a week that I'm trying to redeem ONT and cancel stake but the wallet keeps me giving an error that signing with ledger is failed. It says first login successful but I still unable to redeem...
Can someone advise please?

make sure you have latest version of owallet installed, there has been change of gas fees settings so always make sure you have latest version.
