When I run NSMM, it goes through the whole loading textures pages and then gives me error line 4970 attempt to compare number with nil. I have a ti nspire cx cas os 4.5.3.14.

Hello, it's been a while since you posted this and I actually had never noticed I had an issue until now, if you try 1.3.0a, it should fix this issue hopefully. There were problems with 1.2.3a, which should be gone by now if you are still interested in the project :)

It does happen occsionally, but not too often. Whenever this happens, I just restart the document. Hope this solves it!
