- "Ethical Provisions" License Condition v1.0
Together, these three components constitute the complete "Common Licensing v1.0"
agreement (the "License").
Apache License, Version 2.0
---------------------------
Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "Apache License");
you may not use this file except in compliance with the License.
You may obtain a copy of the License at

See the License for the specific language governing permissions and
limitations under the License.
"Commons Clause" License Condition v1.0
---------------------------------------
The Software is provided to you by the Licensor under the License, as defined
below, subject to the following condition.
Without limiting other conditions in the License, the grant of rights under the
License will not include, and the License does not grant to you, the right to
Sell the Software.
For purposes of the foregoing, "Sell" means practicing any or all of the rights
granted to you under the License to provide to third parties, for a fee or other
consideration (including without limitation fees for hosting or consulting/support
services related to the Software), a product or service whose value derives,
entirely or substantially, from the functionality of the Software. Any license
notice or attribution required by the License must also include this Commons
Clause License Condition notice.
For purposes of the clause above, the "Licensor" is OneProject Org, the "License"
refers to the complete Common Licensing v1.0 as defined in this entire document,
and the Software is the Common software provided with this notice.
"Ethical Provisions" License Condition v1.0
-------------------------------------------
Without limiting other conditions in the License, the grant of rights under the
License will not include, and the License does not grant to you, the right to use
the Software in any manner that:
- Violates human rights recognized under international law, including but not
limited to practices involving murder, torture, slavery, discrimination, or
arbitrary detention;
- Involves extractive industries, fossil fuels, or environmental harm in violation
of applicable laws;
- Supports mass surveillance, military activities, or promotion of extreme violence;
- Interferes with workers' rights to organize or fails to provide equal pay for
equal work;
- Violates the rights of indigenous peoples or causes harm to supply chain impacted
parties.
The License further requires that you accept a Duty of Care toward individuals and
communities impacted by your use of the Software, as defined in the Definitions
section of this License.
If you are found to be in violation of these ethical provisions, as determined by
the Licensor or a court of competent jurisdiction, you must remedy such violation
within 30 days of written notification or your rights under this License will
automatically terminate.
ENFORCEMENT AND TERMINATION
--------------------------
1. The rights granted under this License will terminate automatically if the
Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms or conditions, subject to the
remediation period for Ethical Provisions as described above.
2. Any violation of the Commons Clause will result in immediate termination of the
License without a remediation period.
3. In the event of a conflict between provisions in different sections of this
License, the more restrictive provision shall apply.
4. Termination of the License does not terminate the obligations of the Licensee
which by their nature should survive termination.
