When Removing Versions Reset the Current Version Number to 1

Currently, the version number of items is based on the highest version that was stored on the Sitecore Item. It would be better to reset this number to 1. This would prevent UI oddities like Sitecore saying "Version 10 of 1" when selecting the version dropdown when viewing an item.
