[ENHANCEMENT] Issue: Dark/Light Mode Toggle Not Working on Community Forum & Schemes Pages

📄 Description

The Dark/Light mode toggle is not functioning properly on the following pages:
COMMUNITY FORUM PAGE
Schemes Page

While the toggle works correctly on other parts of the website, these pages either do not switch themes or only partially update styles.

🔍 Current Behavior

Schemes Page:

Cards remain in light mode while background changes

Buttons and input fields do not update

Navbar/footer theme mismatch

✅ Expected Behavior

The Dark/Light mode toggle should:

Apply theme consistently across all pages

Update background, text, cards, buttons, forms, and icons

Maintain the selected theme using localStorage

Automatically apply saved theme on page load
