Issue: Navbar not working correctly on Terms & Service page

Title: Fix broken/misaligned navbar on Terms & Service page

Description:

The navbar on the Terms & Service page is not displaying/behaving correctly. This causes UI inconsistency compared to other pages and affects navigation usability.

Problems observed:

Navbar alignment is broken

Styles not matching global navbar

Navbar not fixed/sticky (if applicable)

Missing responsiveness on smaller screens

Expected behavior:

Navbar should match the global site navbar

Proper alignment and styling

Fully responsive

Consistent navigation across all pages
