Dark Mode / Light Mode Toggle Not Working on Mobile UI #1436

Describe the bug
The Dark Mode / Light Mode toggle button is visible in the mobile sidebar menu, but it does not respond to taps on mobile devices. The same toggle works correctly on desktop browsers.
This issue affects usability for mobile users, as they are unable to switch between themes.
To Reproduce
Open the website on a mobile device or using mobile view in DevTools
Open the sidebar / hamburger menu
Tap on the Dark Mode / Light Mode toggle button
Observe that no theme change occurs
Expected behavior
Tapping the toggle button should immediately switch between Dark and Light themes on mobile, same as desktop.
