This means that we need to finish all the processes within the first iteration of the cycle so that subsequent Gold team members will know exactly what to do. Define how to measure success. Business value: reduce the time it takes for a new gold team member to get up to speed, setting gold team procedures as a repeatable process for easy on-boarding. Reduce mean time to resolve production issues.
