Document which properties are externally accessibly #2280
Description
Only some configuration properties are externally accessible. These are currently configured in the omero-common repository via XML. It would be useful to have the accessible properties marked in the documentation.
One possible way of doing that would be to encode the readability in the .properties files rather than the XML.
