Design question about original_user and original_group

As currently implemented, the metadata original_user and original_group are taken from the omero session which is not very informative. I was expecting it to store the user/group that own the object on the origin server instead. I wanted to verify what the intent was before submitting a patch that changes it to the latter.

fair point and something I had not considered. You're right - the intent is that it would be original group/owner of the data, not the user creating the pack. Given the conn object is on the origin server and needs to be in the right group context throughout, I think group information should be correct regardless (please let me know if you have a use case where that is not true!), but that is definitely not true for user. If you have a PR ready for that, happy to review and merge it!
