Transition to Jupyter book 2 #9
Description
As suggested by @dstansby in #4 , Jupyter book is nearing the official release of Jupyter book 2, which should make a lot of things nicer on the spec page. In particular, I think adding all contributors to the author section of the config document would be super cool.
