Schema legacy multiscales.version needs removing #12

the schema is still checking for
multiscales.version (although it's not mandatory).
It was optional in this location for v0.4 before being moved up to ome.version in v0.5.
I found this when trying to understand why a sample file without multiscales (just has ome.coordinateTransformations and ome.coordinateSystems didn't fail validation with ome.version of 0.6dev2 but with the multiscales present, the version IS checked?!
Still don't understand why...
