At what time does daily limit reset?

Hi

I have subscribed and am therefore able to retrieve 100,000 requests per day. Yesterday I hit the limit doing some testing and was hoping to continue today but it was failing for a while. Does anyone know what time it resets or if it perhaps runs on a rolling 24 hour basis.? As of 9am (UK time) it appears to have reset but it would help to have a definitive answer for future reference.
