Mac doesnt run .bat

MacBook Air M1

I´m having this issue, when I drop the .tox at and I reload the dependencies in the settings I get 'AUTOMATIC1111 not running.
I already running the webUI through the terminal, and I'd flag the --api 
I dont know if it´s true but I´d read that MacOS doesnt execute the .bat files...
Someone maybe know how to run the api on mac?
