[Share data] Complete Tx - Tx transfered

As a user, I have validated the payment on Keplr, then I want to be informed that my referencing request has successfully been transferred.

Acceptance criteria

Scenario 1: Tx request validated

Given that I am in the step of "Complete the transaction",
And I have proceeded to the payment on Keplr,
Then the Fee section is displayed as follows

• Animation (see design)
• Date Time as YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM
• Text :
• • Payment successfully validated!
• • Your dataset referencing request has been successfully sent to the dataverse! The network will now proceed with the block validation process.
• Button Open Transaction Explorer

Scenario 2: Navigation

Given that my referencing request is transferred
Then the next and previous buttons aren't available any more.

Scenario 3: Redirect to Transaction Explorer

Given that I click on Open Transaction Explorer
Then I should be redirected to the following transaction explorer : https://explore.okp4.network

• implement a way to trigger page update on payment validation
• create the SVG animation using lottie (ask for JSON file to product team)
• add the "Done!" status to the stepper when all steps are validated
