Adding new openaire tags

In the new 4.0 guideline, openaire validator needs the openaire metadata formats provided in the OAI, but in the OpenAIRE Plugin 2.0 v3.4.0.2 released on 2024-02-26 does not provide the metadata format.

In the 3.0 OpenAIRE validation, there are some missing parts that need to be fulfilled like:

• Field Access Level (M) https://guidelines.openaire.eu/en/latest/literature/field_accesslevel.html
• Field Project Identifier (MA) https://guidelines.openaire.eu/en/latest/literature/field_projectid.html

Hi! Thanks for the feedback. When this plugin was created there was an intention from OpenAIRE to have a validator for the JATS format. However, this is not yet available and this is why the activation of the plugin has been more a manual process (see the readme).

This should be fixed now in a new version of the plugin prepared in the CRAFT-OA project: https://github.com/munipress/OpenAIREstandard/

Once that is officially released I will stop maintaining this version and the new plugin should be then also available in the PKP Plugin Gallery.

Thanks for the clarification... But the new project are not accepting new issues. Anything i could do? Thanks
