Possible panic in oracle end blocker #240
Description
The Umee team modified the oracle module (umee-network/umee#2185) because the end blocker was causing a panic due to the genesis values they were using. I think the change they made is correct (preventing the panic and logging an error) and we should make a similar one on our end, but it seems to be low priority since it requires a modified genesis that isn't valid.
We should identify any other steps to reproduce this panic and verify we are handling it correctly.
