When running the script I dont get any errors but nothing happens with Proxy

Hi, WOndered if you could help?

I tried to run the script with NordVPN proxy and I cant seem to get it going it just hangs:

After a while I will ctrl+c to exit and this is then shown:

Can I ask what is happening? I assume it cant connect to the proxy perhaps?
