make logged-in user available to other ohmage iOS apps

This is a question of scoping for sure, but it is desirable for there to be a way for other ohmage iOS apps to query ohmage for the logged-in user in order to avoid repeat authentication for the user if there are other ohmage-enabled apps installed.
