How to remove collection types from menu bar

Hi Alvaro,
I am not able to remove the categories Letters, Articles, Tutorials, etc. 
If I remove the collection names from the config.yaml file, then the build is failing. 
Can you advice what I need todo to remove collections Letters, Articles from the main menu bar?
