🔤 Crossword Wheel - Free Crossword Anagram Helper

Website

A free web tool designed specifically to help solve anagram clues in cryptic crosswords. Shuffle letters, lock them in place, and crack tricky anagram clues with being handed the answer by an automatic solver.

Perfect for:

  • Cryptic crosswords
  • New York Times Crossword puzzles
  • Daily crossword challenges
  • Anagram clues that have you stumped

🚀 How to Use

  1. Enter your letters - Type the letters from your anagram clue (e.g., "CARTHORSE")
  2. Fix known letters - Click the crossword boxes and type any letters you're sure about
  3. Hit shuffle - Click "🔀 Shuffle Letters" to randomize the remaining letters
  4. Repeat - Keep shuffling until you spot the word (ORCHESTRA!)
