Build caching

Hi,
Thank you for the tool - it's awesome.
I'm wondering is there some form of build caching going on? If I make a change to the source and rebuild pyapp isn't picking up the changes. The only workaround is to bump the version. If I knew where the cached build was I could wipe that instead?

Never mind - if I run my-app self remove then re-run - my changes come through!
